MEDIATION

MEDIATION: THE NEW SOLUTION

  • Mediation is a powerful tool against skyrocketing legal costs and the mental and emotional strain of litigation. Our firm offers a neutral mediation session for interested parties to consider alternatives to the litigation process. Ms. Wilson has worked on a variety of cases and works hard  to help clients arrive at innovative solutions.

  • Mediation is the legal medium that allows participants to control the outcome of their disputes. It is a unique method because parties are able to consider their unique set of circumstances. Parties formulate a solution that is tailor-made to address the issue in question. Mediation shirks the "one size fits all" solutions often handed out in standard dispute resolutions and can save participants thousands of dollars.

  • Mediation can also save valuable time. The entire mediation process can take a little as a few weeks from start to finish. While the average court case can take months and even years to be resolved. Litigation involves discovery, research, depositions, court filings, and is a public process. Mediations are confidential and throughout the process the parties are      availed of the other side's needs and goals. This kind of      cohesive communication is helpful in preserving the relationship between parties, clarifying mutual goals and ultimately, resolving the conflict.
